Hair Styling Products and/or Shampoo and Conditioners.

Virtual Classes or Training

ANY DEPOSITS MADE FOR APPOINTMENTS/ CLASSES

We no longer offer exchanges

Exceptions:

If for any reason you have received your package and products are damaged please contact ankhlifelocsllc@gmail.com with your order #, tracking # & return reason with pictures for a resolution.

Lost/Stolen/Return to sender packages

Ankh Life Locs is NOT liable for packages once they have been transferred to a shipping courier. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect when purchased at that time.

Processing Time

Our normal processing time is 1-3 business days ( excludes holidays and weekends) you will be notified if there are delays.

Order Cancellation

We DO NOT allow changes or cancellations once they have been placed on our systems site.

Ankh Life Locs is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase of products/services under this agreement.
